Meet SarahI became interested in the mind-body connection in the 90's and was planning to go to school for psychology and athletic training. I realized early on that I didn't want to work with athletes, and completed a BS in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
While working in conflict resolution and mediation I completed yogic studies coursework though the Yoga Academy of North America. After a stint living at Kripalu yoga center and working as an apprentice on an organic farm, I returned to school to get a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. |
